Every piece leaves our office in Dubai weighed, sealed and insured for its full value until it is in your hands.
Within the UAE
- Orders confirmed before 2 pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day, otherwise the next working day.
- Delivery takes 1 to 3 working days to all seven emirates.
- The delivery fee is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Cash on delivery is available within the UAE.
Outside the UAE
We ship to the other GCC countries and to the Philippines on request. The fee and delivery time are confirmed with you before you pay. Customs duties and taxes in the destination country are paid by the receiver, and the declared value on the customs papers is the invoice value.
Receiving your parcel
- The courier calls you before delivery. The parcel is handed over only against a signature, and for high-value parcels the courier may ask to see the receiver's Emirates ID or passport.
- Please check that the seal is intact before you sign. If the seal is broken or the parcel is damaged, refuse it and tell us straight away.
- If nobody can receive the parcel, the courier tries once more the next working day. After two failed attempts the parcel comes back to us and a new delivery fee applies to send it again.
Tracking
You get a tracking number or the courier's contact by WhatsApp or email as soon as the parcel is booked.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates. If a delay is caused by us and your parcel has not been dispatched, you can cancel and get a full refund.
