A piece can come back to us in two ways, and they are priced differently.
Return within the agreed period: the piece comes back untouched, with its invoice, and you get the invoice value back. The making charge is refunded too.
Buy-back after that period: we buy the piece at the gold rate of the day it comes back, for its weight and karat. The making charge is not part of a buy-back, because it was work already done.
Either way the piece is re-weighed in front of you and the weight is written on the paper you sign. Money goes back by bank transfer or GCash to an account in the buyer's name.
