These terms apply to every purchase from this website and from Misskim's live broadcasts. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who we are

This website is operated by Misskim Jewels L.L.C, a limited liability company licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, trade licence no. 1644266. Email info@misskim.ae, phone and WhatsApp +971567694427. The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile.

Prices

• Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). If you choose to view another currency, it is shown for guidance only and you are charged in AED.
• Gold and silver prices follow the market rate of the day. The price of a piece is its weight multiplied by the day's rate for its karat, plus the making charge and the value of any stones, as shown on the product page and on your invoice.
• The price you pay is the price confirmed when your order is placed. If the rate changes afterwards, your price does not change.
• Delivery fees are shown at checkout before you pay. Any tax that applies is shown on the invoice.

Orders

• An order is accepted when we confirm it by message or email, or when we issue your invoice. We may refuse or cancel an order if a piece is no longer available, if a price was shown in error, or if we cannot verify the payment. If we cancel, you get back everything you paid.
• For orders taken during a live broadcast, the invoice we send after the broadcast is the confirmation of the pieces, weights and prices.
• Each piece is weighed before it leaves us. Small differences in weight of up to 0.05 g may occur between scales; the invoice shows the weight that was charged.

Payment

We accept payment by debit or credit card (Visa and Mastercard), bank transfer, cash on delivery within the UAE, and instalment plans from our payment partners where offered. Card payments are processed by licensed payment providers; we do not see or store card numbers. If you pay by card, the refund, if any, goes back to the same card.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, and returns, refunds and buy-back in our Returns & Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Authenticity

Every piece is sold with an invoice stating its karat and weight. The karat stated on the invoice is guaranteed.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account details private. You can sign in with your email or with Google. We may suspend an account that is used for fraud or to abuse the service.

Age

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or buy from this website. Anyone under 18 may not register or transact on it.

Sanctions

We will not trade with or provide any services to countries, entities or persons under OFAC, United Nations or UAE sanctions.

Liability

We are responsible for delivering the pieces you ordered, as described and within the times set out in our policies. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as customs, weather or courier disruption. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the UAE consumer protection law.

Your records

Please keep a copy of your invoice, your payment records and these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
